Menos horas<br>de luz, temperaturas bajas y cambios en la rutina afectan los niveles de energ\u00eda y el estado<br>de \u00e1nimo. Crist\u00f3bal Toledo, psic\u00f3logo deportivo, explica que \u201cel cuerpo tiende<br>naturalmente al ahorro de energ\u00eda, por lo que muchas personas sienten m\u00e1s cansancio o<br>apat\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Por eso, la clave no est\u00e1 en esperar siempre tener ganas para entrenar, sino en construir<br>h\u00e1bitos sostenibles. Muchas veces entrenamos no por motivaci\u00f3n, sino por compromiso con<br>nuestro bienestar y nuestros objetivos personales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Uno de los errores m\u00e1s comunes en invierno es interpretar la baja de energ\u00eda como una<br>se\u00f1al para abandonar completamente la actividad f\u00edsica. Sin embargo, desde la psicolog\u00eda<br>deportiva, la diferencia est\u00e1 en c\u00f3mo respondemos frente a esa sensaci\u00f3n.<br>\u201cToledo explica que no siempre hay que tener ganas para actuar. A veces, el compromiso<br>con el h\u00e1bito es lo que nos sostiene cuando la motivaci\u00f3n fluct\u00faa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Volver a conectar con el prop\u00f3sito personal puede marcar una gran diferencia: mejorar la<br>salud, reducir el estr\u00e9s, sentirse mejor o avanzar hacia una meta concreta. Cuando el<br>objetivo est\u00e1 claro, es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil sostener el proceso incluso en las semanas m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles.<br>En el deporte de alto rendimiento, los atletas saben que depender solo de la motivaci\u00f3n no<br>es suficiente. Por eso utilizan estrategias simples y efectivas que tambi\u00e9n pueden aplicarse<br>en la vida diaria:<br> Enfocarse en el objetivo y no en la emoci\u00f3n moment\u00e1nea, dividir el entrenamiento en pasos peque\u00f1os para facilitar el inicio.<br>Mantener horarios y rutinas estables. Cuidar el di\u00e1logo interno y evitar pensamientos derrotistas.<br>Reforzar la identidad de una persona activa y constante. Muchas veces, el mayor desaf\u00edo no es terminar el entrenamiento, sino atravesar los primeros minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Otro factor clave durante el invierno es entrenar acompa\u00f1ado. Las clases grupales y los<br>espacios compartidos ayudan a fortalecer la constancia gracias al apoyo, la motivaci\u00f3n<br>compartida y la sensaci\u00f3n de pertenencia. Adem\u00e1s de los beneficios f\u00edsicos, entrenar en<br>comunidad hace que la experiencia sea m\u00e1s entretenida y sostenible en el tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para quienes entrenan temprano, la organizaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n cumple un rol importante.<br>Preparar la ropa la noche anterior, dejar definida la rutina y evitar posponer la alarma son<br>peque\u00f1as acciones que facilitan comenzar el d\u00eda en movimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>En invierno no se trata de entrenar perfecto ni de exigir m\u00e1s de la cuenta. Se trata de<br>sostener h\u00e1bitos saludables incluso cuando el contexto cuesta un poco m\u00e1s.
